$200 flat rate covers up to 3 hours desk time searching data sources and making phone, e-mail and postal mail inquiries where necessary.*
$250 "no find, no fee" to search regionally for a bank where the subject may have accounts.** You'll first need your subject's social security number (SSN). If you don't know your subject's SSN, start with an identity search.
$125/hour plus mileage and expenses if visiting physical locations is necessary, such as going to see what assets might be found at a particular site.

*This fee does not include locating banks. **Bank locates do not include balances. They're mainly for the purpose of serving post-judgment enforcement bank levies and subpoenas. Learn more about finding bank balances.

For attorneys, an asset search is an important part of both pre-litigation and post-judgment investigation for your client. Find out early if a case is worth pursuing, and what can be collected during the judgment enforcement process.

Assets may include real property, business inventory, work income, intellectual property such as patents and trademarks, money owed, bank accounts, rental income, and vehicles.

I use a combination of proprietary database information, public records, personal inquiries and visits to properties if necessary, and other investigative methods to determine if a person or business has valuable resources.
