🏘 Asset Search Investigations
Uncover financial resources of a person or business.
$200 flat rate covers up to 3 hours desk time searching data sources and making phone, e-mail and postal mail inquiries where necessary.*
$125/hour plus mileage and expenses if visiting physical locations is necessary, such as going to see what assets might be found at a particular site.
Find out if a debtor has means to pay back money owed or is worth taking to court. If you already won a court judgment, discover if the debtor has assets that can be collected from.
For attorneys, an asset search is an important part of both pre-litigation and post-judgment investigation for your client. Find out early if a case is worth pursuing, and what can be collected during the judgment enforcement process.
Assets may include real property, business inventory, work income, intellectual property such as patents and trademarks, money owed, bank accounts, rental income, and vehicles. However, there's no guarantee that any or all of these items can be found in every case.
I use a combination of proprietary database information, public records, personal inquiries and visits to properties if necessary, and other investigative methods to determine if a person or business has valuable resources.
