Then you know: enforcing a court judgment is difficult and time-consuming, and the court will not do it for you!

By now you’ve probably discovered more legal fees to pay, time to spend preparing documents, and court appearances to make, not to mention trying to find out what resources your debtor has that you can collect on.

If that sounds like more time, money, or energy you're prepared to spend, consider assigning the judgment.  

As judgment assignee, I will track down your debtor and their assets, and cover the legal expenses. You would no longer deal with the court or your debtor.

I take assignment of small claims judgments in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties only.

The rate for a judgment assignment is 50 percent of the principal and interest, payable to you as I collect.
