I'm a California licensed and insured private investigator based in San Francisco. My clients are mainly attorneys, outsourced SIUs, and AOE/COE workers' compensation investigation firms, but I also accept assignments from other types of businesses and individuals.
Experience
In 2009, I registered as a process server and still serve papers as a regular part of my business. From 2014 to 2018, I was employed under a licensed investigator and worked mostly on criminal defense and civil law cases. From this experience I was able to obtain my own P.I. license in 2018.
These days, I especially enjoy investigations related to pre-litigation preparation and post-judgment enforcement. This work includes asset searching and background investigations, skip tracing, and serving process. I also enjoy surveillance and often take local cases involving insurance claims.
My earlier work experience includes interviewing, reporting, and writing for technology publications; teaching English in Thailand and Taiwan; and owning/operating a mailbox rental and shipping business. I have a B.A. degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach (1997).
