As an asset investigator, I help illuminate someone's general financial situation.
For attorneys, an asset search is an important part of both pre-litigation and post-judgment investigation for your client. Find out early if a case is worth pursuing, and what can be collected during the judgment enforcement process.
Assets may include real property, business inventory, work income, intellectual property such as patents and trademarks, money owed, bank accounts, rental income, and vehicles. However, there's no guarantee that any or all of these items can be found in every case.
To search for assets I use proprietary database information available to me as a licensed private investigator, combined with public records, personal inquiries, field investigations, and other investigative methods to determine if a person or business may have valuable resources.
