Rate
$150 per hour plus mileage and expenses for activity such as contact attempts, interviews, writing up statements, and any travel time necessary for interviewing witnesses in person.
Service
Identify and track down witnesses in the San Francisco Bay Area that could help win your case, get them interviewed, and subpoenaed for trial.
In addition to law enforcement reports and other initial discovery, I use proprietary databases available to me as a licensed private investigator, combined with postal inquiries, Internet and social media searches, phone calls, visits to addresses, inquiries of friends and neighbors, and other investigative methods to locate people.
After interviewing a witness, I provide a verbal account to the attorney before writing up a formal statement.
If necessary, I’ll serve subpoenas on the witnesses. For evasive witnesses, I perform stakeout service by waiting near their home or business for them to arrive or depart.
