Identify and track down witnesses that could help win your case, get them interviewed and subpoenaed for trial.

In addition to law enforcement reports and other initial discovery, I use proprietary databases, postal inquiries, Internet and social media searches, phone calls, visits to addresses, inquiries of friends and neighbors, and other investigative methods to locate people.

After conducting an interview, I provide a verbal account before writing up a formal statement that can be used in court.

If necessary, I’ll serve the subpoenas on the witnesses. For evasive witnesses, I perform stakeout service by waiting near their home or business for them to arrive or depart, in order to serve the subpoena.
