RATES
$175 flat rate covers up to 3 hours desk time searching data sources and making phone, email, and postal inquiries where necessary.
$150 per hour plus mileage and expenses for visiting physical locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, such as conducting a pretext "door-knock" to confirm if a subject resides at a particular address.
SERVICE
As a skip tracer or locate investigator, I can find an elusive defendant or witness, track down a debtor or anyone else who has “skipped” out on their obligations, or help someone get back in touch with an old friend or loved one.
To locate people or businesses, I use proprietary database information available to me as a licensed private investigator, combined with public records, media sources, personal inquiries, field investigations, and other investigative methods.
Once they're located, you’re able to serve legal process or begin debt collection efforts.
Note, if the reason you’re looking for someone is not related to a legal matter represented by an attorney, the located person will be given your information and a request to contact you if they wish.
